Retail cost for 12.5kg = N4, 500
Cost of 1, 600 units of 12.5kg = 1, 600xN4, 500 = N7, 200, 000
Sales – expenditure = profit
N7, 200, 000 – N4, 000, 000 = N3, 200, 000
Profit/20tons =N3, 200, 000
Note: In a good location and with a better strategy, you can sell
40tons (2trucks) in a month. That is making profit of N6, 400, 000 in a month.
Average cost to set up a 20ton standard LPG facility is roughly N30, 000, 000.
Now that’s the reason i said, you can get your capital back in matter of
months.
