EXPOSED SECRET OF LPG PLANT INVESTORS IN NIGERIA

IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW..

EXPOSED SECRET OF LPG PLANT INVESTORS

It is not rockets science, give me 2mins of your time as I expose the secret behind why the increase of investors in the LPG Plant (cooking gas) business.

Firstly as in all businesses, you will always be discouraged from LPG business. This is a routine security check by the cabals to control the business and control you not to benefit from the opportunity. Yes it is capital intensive; this is another reason to run from this mega profit making business of course.
Four (4) important things to keep at the front of your sense:
·         Nigeria is just exploring the importance and usage of gas, as such the demand of gas in another two (2) decades will surpass the supply.
·         Gas is a necessity. It sells itself; it doesn’t look for customer as much as customers look for it.
·         The profit on each 20tons bought is 100% give or take.
·         It is capital intensive, but it assures you making back your capital in a space of eight (8) months after commencement of operations.
If am able to get your undivided attention, please work with me through this path as i plot a brief factual calculation on how mean these cabals can be. Ok listen...

1,000kg = 1ton
80 units of 12.5kg =1000kg = 1ton
Where are my mathematics students?
20,000kg = 20tons
1,600 units of 12.5kg = 20tons

So, 20tons do have 20, 000 kilogram in it. Good.
Purchase cost of 20tons = N3, 500, 000
Overhead cost per 20tons = N500, 000

Total Expenditure: N4, 000, 000

Retail cost for 12.5kg = N4, 500

Cost of 1, 600 units of 12.5kg = 1, 600xN4, 500 = N7, 200, 000

Sales – expenditure = profit

N7, 200, 000 – N4, 000, 000 = N3, 200, 000

Profit/20tons =N3, 200, 000

Note: In a good location and with a better strategy, you can sell 40tons (2trucks) in a month. That is making profit of N6, 400, 000 in a month. Average cost to set up a 20ton standard LPG facility is roughly N30, 000, 000. Now that’s the reason i said, you can get your capital back in matter of months.
It is no rocket science. At SOGB GAS, we have helped clients achieve their dreams and invest right. For complete LPG Plant Installation, LPG Tank Purchase, Accessories and business plan; won’t you rather call on us today?

QUEEN ADA CHIDINMA EBERE EMERGED WINNER OF MISS CULTURE NIGERIA 2014 AND WILL BE REPRESENTING NIGERIA COME JULY 2015 IN THE MISS UNITED NATIONS PAGEANT HOLDING IN JAMAICA.

QUEEN ADA CHIDINMA EBERE
QUEEN OBASUYI FRANSCISCA EMERGED AS FIRST RUNNER UP FOR MISS CULTURE NIGERIA 2014 AND QUEEN OGBU ROSEMARY CHIAMAKA EMERGED AS SECOND RUNNER UP MISS CULTURE NIGERIA 2014.

The just concluded Miss Culture Nigeria 2014 pageant was a fine success regardless the storm it faced.

It was a time harsh lessons were learnt night and day both with the organizers and the contestants, these lessons opened up to us all a better view of life and that determination is key to vision, its destination and actualization. The event was almost called off few days to the grand final with the fact that none of the cooperate society invited for sponsorship nor the ones that promised turned up on their words. On the other hand, the Government was too busy with their primary elections and that was the language resounding through every Government offices Nationwide as far as we could reach. But thanks to the Honorable Minister of Culture/Tourism and National Orientation, Chief Edem Duke for his endorsement on the Miss Culture Nigeria project. And thanks also to Director General, Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC) Mrs. Sally Mbanefo, who showed interest at first.

We are passionate about Culture development and as culture is defined as the way of life of the people, we believe that culture development is a key to societal development, a key to infrastructure development and a key to improved moral standard and good Governance. So it is of importance that the Government supports and endorses culture development events in Nigeria, because that’s the only hope of bringing our people back from “limbo” to embrace our good old culture that makes us Nigerians, that is our identity and it is far from the culture Nigerians are known with today. The change of Nigeria has to start with the change of our mind set, corruption was never our culture; truth be told.

The success story of Miss Culture Nigeria 2014 cannot be narrated without emphasis on the Government and people of Akwa-Ibom State. It was no doubt that even though we couldn’t get an appointment with the Governor due to political reasons, the development level and the minds of the people of Akwa-Ibom state made things very easy for the team. Judging from the state we were coming from, this was strange to us, the love and joy that exist in Akwa-Ibom is second to none. Governor Godswill Akpabio is really the will of God for Akwa-Ibom and I personally will encourage every Ibomite to stand by the successor he presents because he has a vision for Akwa-Ibom.

The permanent secretary, Ministry of Culture and Tourism Akwa-Ibom, Lady Sylvia Ekpo is not left out for her motherly role and encouragement. Though she was new in office, but she was able to provide us with the finest Ibom dances that came to add color and showed us the beautiful culture of the Ibomites.

Special thanks to Ann’s Haven Hotels and Suite, KIA Motors, Akwa-Ibom Transport Company, University of Uyo, Panasonic, LG, Ibom Cultural Troupe, GTBank, ALGON, Accolade Media Abuja, DAAR Communications, Guinness Nigeria, Ministry of Culture and Tourism Akwa-Ibom, Linda Ikeji Blog, NVGRL, SOGB GAS LTD, The good people and Government of Akwa-Ibom State, United Nations Pageant, Chooser Pictures…..
